imagine that two sites has the same keywords , the same age and the same backlinks which one of them will be ranked first in Google search result ? or in other way which one of them would you click on it ? for sure it will be the website that more relevant to the search query.
The content is more important because the content will tell your visitor should they visit your website again or no it will tell your visitor is this site worth to share it or no,and keep in mind that Google bot likes the unique content.

To write a good content write about something you already know don't start to write about the word "Forex" because only you heard that people are searching for it all the time .
When you write about something you know you will have a lot of ideas to write about .
Be specified if you are interesting in Music don't write about Music in general write about guitar or lyrics or a band.
Be unique don't copy and paste from others, use your own words. scraped content may constitute copyright infringement in some cases.
