Feedburner is a free service from Google allows you to burn your RSS blog feed so the visitors can easily subscribe to your blog feed using RSS or E-mail.

How to create RSS Blogger Feed using Feedburner
Go to www.feedburner.com
Login using your Google account or sign up a new account
Enter your blog's web address in the "Ready to Burn?" form found on FeedBurner's homepage then click Next
Choose the feed Title and address
On the stats configuration page, select the level of feed stats detail you want.
Add Subscription Icon to your blog
after you finish click on publicize tab and choose friendly graphic
choose the settings you want and choose blogger from the drop-down list and click go and add the code where you want the subscription icon to appear .
